Your Body Is Self-Regulating
Our universe is regulated by various laws, some of which are universal and others apply to specific situations. Cooperating with these laws make life easier, while disobeying them creates what we popularly call stress, problems and illness. Here too, our creator is so generous that problems and their solutions always occur together. It is impossible to have a problem which does not, at the same time, suggest its own unique solution.
Another natural law is that the physical body of each creature on earth has been created to be self-regulating, in the direction of sustaining perfect health. That is why all solutions to every problem of your body are within it or within the environment around you. Among all earthly creatures, only modern man has conditioned his thinking into accepting sickness as a normal part of life - which it is not. Accordingly, he keeps pumping all types of chemicals into his body, permanently cutting off parts of his body and replacing a few.
One result of this bias in thinking is that modern man believes that "development" and "civilization" can partly be measured by how unhealthy a population is. For example, among the criteria that most nations, the United Nations and various international agencies use for measuring and comparing the state of "advancement" and "development" among countries are the number of hospitals, hospital beds, doctors, medical specialists etc., per 100,000 people in the population. Today's wealthy industrialized countries have more of these facilities than all other countries have ever had in recorded history. The popular idea that all this is progress means that, by our modern standards, all other past and present countries have been backward, even if they had fewer diseases and, therefore, enjoyed higher levels of wellness. This cannot be so.
