WATER SOLVES MANY HEALTH PROBLEMS

As suggested throughout most of this blog, preventive measures form the most effective strategies for getting rid of about 70% of our ever-increasing list of diseases. It is ironic that, despite our current high levels of scientific advancement, maladies are getting worse in variety and volume and need increasingly more potent medical procedures. Under these circumstances, prevention will always be better than cure, especially as most allopathic medicine (the types that most people get in our hospitals) are "cures" that basically hide or suppress symptoms. Indeed, some of the "cures" occasionally create "solutions" that are worse than the target diseases. This blog is all about preventive measures that you can apply to yourself, to your loved ones and, for those who are in the medical and paramedical professions, to your patients.
For some strange reason, our faith in cures tends to be stronger when the remedy looks mysterious or comes from the most distant places on earth. This involves toil, time and unnecessary delays that often cost more than the benefits that are gained. There is no doubt that faith heals. A good example is the lady who, according to the Bible, got instantly cured of her long-enduring cancerous blood problem after touching the robes of Jesus Christ. Jesus then turned around and told her that it was not his robes but her faith that did the trick
Water can heal or maintain you in excellent health. However, this is not based on blind or uninformed faith. There have been very positive results and definite scientific reasons as discussed throughout his blog.Therefore, go ahead! Take your daily ample amounts of water in perfect knowledge of its several benefits that you will get to know by the time you have read most of the posts in this blog, and more definitely, after acquiring the habit yourself.
 Take plain, clean water, at room temperature or even slightly warmer. Certain foods and fluids suspend or delay digestion. They have also been linked to heart seizure (i.e., cardiac arrest) by this organ being unable to cope when abruptly forced to work harder by the sudden shrinking of the blood vessels down the throat and into the stomach.
We use water in many ways to cleanse all types of objects. We bathe with it to make our bodies clean. We use it to wash dirt off our clothes. It is useful for washing parts of our homes or items that get soiled or need to be made cleaner and more beautiful. Meanwhile, most people do not immediately see how it is equally obvious and definitely more important that we drink lots of ordinary clean water, to give us the same benefits of cleanliness, health, beauty and other advantages within our bodies, just as we do to objects outside us.
