HOW TO EAT ONE EGG DAILY AND NOT WORRY ABOUT BAD CHOLESTEROL

Eggs are a great source of high quality protein and  the evidence is strong that you may get many of the nutrients you need from eating eggs. Did you know that Margaret Thatcher, former British Prime Minister, ate eggs daily as a major part of weight-loss program in 1979? One egg is about 70 calories and has 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of fat. The egg white portion of the egg contains about 3.5 grams of the total protein. The remaining 2.5 grams plus the 5 grams of fat are in the yolk. In order to safely enjoy an egg every day without worrying about accumulating bad cholesterol or Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) , just eat the egg white and throw away the yolk. This will limit your fat and cholesterol intake. Also, consider chewing one or two cloves of raw garlic every morning . If you are concerned about the strong smell of garlic, you may swallow two cloves twice a day. chidebe26@gmail.com , chidec2001@yahoo.com +234-8037108507 (Text Messages; WhatsApp) +234-802507468

WATER THERAPY - A NATURAL WAY TO DETOX YOUR SYSTEM & STAY HEALTHY

WHAT IS WATER THERAPY? Water Therapy is drinking 1.5 litres (i.e. 5 to 6 glasses) of water after getting up from bed early in the morning (without even brushing your teeth). It is important to note that nothing else (ie neither drinks nor solid food of any sort) should be taken within 1 hour before or after drinking the 5 or 6 glasses of water. It is equally essential to avoid alcoholic drinks the previous night. If you find it difficult to  drink 5 to 6 glasses of water at the initial stage, don't worry. You will get used to it as time goes on. Just start with 4 glasses and then take the remaining 2 glasses after urinating 2 to 3 times within an hour. WHY WE NEED TO DETOXIFY OUR BODIES REGULARLY Detoxification is  the process of clearing toxins from the body. It means to  neutralize or transform toxins and clear excess mucus or congestion from the body It is necessary for us to detox our bodies from time to time because if toxins are rapidly released in the body without bein

HOW I GOT RID OF RECURRENT MALARIA ATTACKS WITH A SIMPLE NATURAL REMEDY

WHAT IS MALARIA? Malaria has been defined by The Centre For Disease Control (CDC) as " a parasitic disease that involves high fevers, shaking chills, flue-like symptoms, and anemia ". WHAT CAUSES MALARIA? Malaria is caused by the plasmodium parasite which is passed from one human to another by the bite of infected female Anopheles mosquito. After infection, the plasmodium parasites travel through the bloodstream to the liver, where they mature. The parasites then re-enter the bloodstream and infect the red blood cells. The parasites multiply inside the red blood cells, which then break open within 48 to 72 hours, infecting more red blood cells. MALARIA SYMPTOMS  Most symptoms are caused by anemia, resulting from the destruction of the red blood cells. These are the symptoms: * Anemia * Chills * Convulsion * Fever * Headache * Muscle pain * Nausea * Sweating *Vomiting RESISTANCE In most parts of Africa and Asia, malaria has developed resistance to insecticide
