WATER THERAPY - A NATURAL WAY TO DETOX YOUR SYSTEM & STAY HEALTHY

WHAT IS WATER THERAPY?
Water Therapy is drinking 1.5 litres (i.e. 5 to 6 glasses) of water after getting up from bed early in the morning (without even brushing your teeth). It is important to note that nothing else (ie neither drinks nor solid food of any sort) should be taken within 1 hour before or after drinking the 5 or 6 glasses of water. It is equally essential to avoid alcoholic drinks the previous night. If you find it difficult to  drink 5 to 6 glasses of water at the initial stage, don't worry. You will get used to it as time goes on. Just start with 4 glasses and then take the remaining 2 glasses after urinating 2 to 3 times within an hour.

WHY WE NEED TO DETOXIFY OUR BODIES REGULARLY
Detoxification is  the process of clearing toxins from the body. It means to  neutralize or transform toxins and clear excess mucus or congestion from the body
It is necessary for us to detox our bodies from time to time because if toxins are rapidly released in the body without being safely eliminated, they can damage the body and cause sickness. Many of the toxins come from our diet, drug use. and environmental exposure.

HOW TO DETOXIFY WITH WATER
The main idea here is to get an unusually large volume of water into your stomach, within the shortest possible period. This could be 1 litre or slightly less, depending on how much you can comfortably take at a time. Immediately after taking each does, follow this up with whatever exercise would allow you to shake the water down through the intestines. You may wish to skip rope or jog to help your stomach empty the water in a couple of minutes. Repeat the dose as many times as possible after each flush. You may need 2 or 3 litres  or even more to achieve your objective of a total flush of your intestines.
