NATURAL REMEDY FOR ANOVULATION OR LACK OF OVULATION

WHAT IS OVULATION? Ovulation is the stage of the menstrual cycle during which a mature egg is released from the ovary into the Fallopian tube and is available for fertilization. Usually an egg is released for ovulation cycle and the egg can survive for 12 to 24 hours after leaving the ovary. If the sperm does not fertilize the egg during this period, the egg disintegrates and gets absorbed into the uterine lining. WHAT IS ANOVULATION? Anovulation is the non-release of eggs. It means that a woman is not ovulating; she does not release an egg each month. A woman can have "bleeding" each month but that does not necessarily mean she is ovulating. In anovulation, if the bleeding occurs at the same time each month (making her think it is  menstruation) it is actually break-through bleeding caused by low oestrogen.
